How VR can be implemented to support TLA in the classroom and independent learning

Students could be presented with a dialogue with a customer and from this identifying what customer needs are. This would lend itself to a scenario where students must select the best course of action for the different customers.

This would develop the student’s employability skills by exposing them to a scenario which they are likely to encounter when they move into industry.
